Hello all
Iapos;m getting married in June to a wonderful British citizen (in the US, then moving over). Will have a spousal visa until I apply for UK citizenship. I am also considering getting my Masters when I get over there.
However, Iapos;m having a hard time finding out what tuition group I would be lumped into. Iapos;ve looked on the UKCISA site and the "home" students donapos;t apply to me...but it doesnapos;t mention anything about spouses of UK citizens, either. Every other category, youapos;d have had to live there for three years as a permanent resident beforehand. The only spousal thing I can find is in reference to refugees or almost-refugees, where the three-year residence rule doesnapos;t seem to apply.
Does anyone have experience with this or any input? The difference in home vs. Overseas tuition fees is a little painful
Thanks so much
